 EFCC Arraigns Three Indians,  Nigerian  for Alleged Criminal Breach of Trust The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  on Wednesday,  December 17, 2025 arraigned three Indians,  Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra and Gagan Sarswat—alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, before  Justice Sulaiman Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin They were arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, contrary to and punishable under Sections 97 and 314 of the Penal Code. The Commission alleged that the defendants, while being servants in the employment of KAM Steel Integrated Company Limited, conspired among themselves between November 2024 and September 2025 to commit criminal breach of trust. A MAN LOST HIS LIFE SAVING A GIRL ONE HOUR AFTER HIS BAPTISM. (PHOTO).

 A 21-year-old Texas man loses his life saving a teen girl only one hour after his baptism, ensuring his place with the angels. 


Lincer Lopez and a group of people from his church visited Lake Waxahachie in Garland, Texas on Saturday afternoon. While on the church outing, Lopez was baptized.


As the group celebrated in the water, an hour later, a teenage girl began struggling. Lopez sprang into action without a second thought for his own safety. Sadly, Lopez found himself struggling soon after and slipped below the surface of the water. 


The teen girl was rescued soon after by a boater who administered CPR and was able to resuscitate her. Unfortunately it was too late for Lopez, however the same boater was able to recover his body from the water.


Lincer Lopez truly is a hero and selflessly gave his own life to save another life.  Our thoughts are with his family and friends in their time of grief.
