 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  Kaduna Authorities Nab Car Thieves, Recover Stolen Vehicle 


Yesterday, a post went viral about a car stolen from the KADGIS office parking lot in Kaduna.


Today, authorities are pleased to announce that the vehicle has been recovered and the thieves have been caught.


The suspects, whose faces have been released (see images below), have been identified and are currently facing charges. 


Their actions have left many in shock, with some expressing surprise that individuals with such appearances could be capable of such wrongdoing.


The incident has also sparked reflection on the values and upbringing of the suspects, with some wondering how their parents would react to their actions.
