 Prince William and Kate Middleton bring George, Charlotte and Louis to Commonwealth Games for first Scotland public outing Prince William and Kate Middleton brought their three children to the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking the siblings’ first official public appearance in Scotland. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, attended the sporting event on Saturday, Aug. 1, during their summer break with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. While in Scotland, where William and Kate are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, the family spent time with Team Wales athletes and their families. The couple also visited SportsAid, an organisation that supports young athletes. Kate has served as patron of the organisation since 2013.  Kaduna Protesters Brandishing Rusian Flags Demanding Return To Military Rule – Shehu Sani


Shehu Sani, former Kaduna Central Senator, on Monday said protesters in the state are demanding that the civilian government be overthrown.


Sani said protesters are demanding a return to civilian rule while looting banks and vandalizing vehicles.


Posting on X, the sociopolitical activist lamented that protesters are brandishing Russian flags.


According to Sani: “Banks looted, vehicles smashed, government offices looted and vandalised.


“Russian flags raised with a laud call for the overthrow of the Civilian Government and return to military rule; this is the situation of our Kaduna ‘peaceful’ protest.”


Nigerians have been protesting against the current hardship in the country under the aegis of EndBadGovernanceInNigeria.


Despite calls for the protest to be peaceful, several casualties have been recorded across the country.
