 Anambra State Strengthens Healthcare Infrastructure with ₦60,587,500,000 Budget Implementation for 2026 Anambra State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Afam Obidike, has presented the Ministry of Health’s approved 2026 budget of ₦60,587,500,000, emphasizing the State Government’s commitment to expanding essential human resources for health and improving healthcare delivery across some local Government Areas. According to the Commissioner, the Ministry recorded a 45% budget performance this year 2025.  Despite this, significant progress was made this year through the joint efforts of the Ministry of Health and the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo. The Patriots, led by former Commonwealth Secretary-General Chief Emeka Anyaoku, recently met with President Tinubu to advocate for a new constitution. While Tinubu received the delegation respectfully, he emphasised that economic reform is currently his priority..
