 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. PARENTS ARRESTED 12 HOURS AFTER THEIR CHILD WAS FOUND WANDERING IN THE ROAD WITHOUT ANY CLOTHES ON. (PHOTOS).

 Parents arrested 12 hours after their child was found wandering in the road without any clothes on.


Police in Owensboro, Kentucky were called about a child wandering in the road Friday night. Once on the scene, officers discovered an unclothed non-verbal child.


Police then began an hours long investigation to figure out where the child came from. During the entire 12 hour investigation time the child's parents never reached out or reported their child missing.


Eventually the investigation led them to a home on Danberry Street where they found the parents, Summer and Benjamin Harding. Police report the home was completely uninhabitable and it was clear the child was physically mistreated and neglected.


Both parents were taken into custody and are being held on $45,000 bonds.
