 Kandi Burruss has hit back at her ex-husband Todd Tucker after the latter went public with intimate claims about their marriage. Now, the RHOA star says his latest move proves she was right to walk away. The former couple's private life is now playing out in public, with Burruss refusing to let Tucker's revelations go unanswered. PARENTS ARRESTED 12 HOURS AFTER THEIR CHILD WAS FOUND WANDERING IN THE ROAD WITHOUT ANY CLOTHES ON. (PHOTOS).

 Parents arrested 12 hours after their child was found wandering in the road without any clothes on.


Police in Owensboro, Kentucky were called about a child wandering in the road Friday night. Once on the scene, officers discovered an unclothed non-verbal child.


Police then began an hours long investigation to figure out where the child came from. During the entire 12 hour investigation time the child's parents never reached out or reported their child missing.


Eventually the investigation led them to a home on Danberry Street where they found the parents, Summer and Benjamin Harding. Police report the home was completely uninhabitable and it was clear the child was physically mistreated and neglected.


Both parents were taken into custody and are being held on $45,000 bonds.
