 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.  Ajuri Ngelale Can Now Switch Off Phone, Rest Well And Add Weight – Shehu Sani


A former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central District in the 8th Senate, Senator Shehu Sani, has reacted to the indefinite leave of absence embarked upon by Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity.


Ngelale had in a statement issued on Saturday said he had submitted a memo to the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Friday informing him of his plan to proceed on indefinite leave.


He added that he has temporarily stepped down as the Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action and Chairman of the Presidential Steering Committee on Project Evergreen.


According to Ngelale, he stepped down from his role to deal with medical matters presently affecting his immediate family.


In his reaction to the development via a post on his official X handle, Sani stated that Ngelale can now rest well, switch off his phone and even regain his weight.


“Ajuri can now rest well,sleep well,eat well,switch off his phone and even add some weight,” Sani wrote.
