Big Tech ramps up living room rivalry as Instagram launches Reels app for TVs  The battle for the future of television is intensifying, and Meta is making its move. The company announced the launch of an Instagram Reels app for connected TVs, starting with Amazon Fire TV devices. The app aims to bring Reels directly to the living room, allowing users to watch short-form videos on a larger screen alongside friends and family. Tessa Lyons, Instagram’s VP of product, explained that research showed people were already mirroring their phones to TVs to view Reels, signaling a demand for a dedicated TV experience.  ATTACK ON UMUNZE POLICE STATION: JOINT SECURITY FORCES RECOVER FIVE UNEXPLODED IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVES, AS THE MANHUNT FOR THE ARSONIST AND CLEARANCE OPERATION ON IDENTIFIED CRIMINAL CAMP IN THE AREA ARE STILL ONGOING


The Joint Security Forces comprising of the Police, Army, Navy, Civil defence and other Security Agencies recover five unexploded improvised explosives and are on the trail of arsonist and armed successionist group members, who in the early hours of today 16/9/2024 attacked the Umunze Police Station. 


The suspected Armed Proscribe Group invaded the Police Facility with improvised explosives, shooting sporadically and fire caught part of the Station. Unfortunately, two of the Police Operatives on duty during the gun battle in a bid to resist the assailants from causing more havoc, paid the supreme price. Their bodies have been recovered and taken to the morgue. 


Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police *CP Nnaghe Obono Itam* visited the scene, on a spot assessment to reinforce and reassess security deployment, calls on anyone who has any information that will aid the investigation to come forward. He also assures utmost confidentiality to any such information in this regard, please.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
