 Corey Feldman hospitalized after mid-flight medical emergency at LAX  Actor Corey Feldman was hospitalized after experiencing a medical emergency during a flight and being taken directly from Los Angeles International Airport to a hospital, according to his publicist. The 54-year-old actor reportedly became ill while traveling from Chicago to Los Angeles on Monday. A doctor on board evaluated him during the flight before he was met upon arrival and transported for further treatment. He remained in the hospital overnight for observation. Early speculation suggested the issue could be related to gallstones, but his publicist said that possibility was ruled out by medical staff. Feldman was still undergoing evaluation and awaiting MRI results as of Tuesday morning.  Designer of Nigeria's national flag laid to rest after one-year Wait for state burial


Family of Nigerian Flag Designer, Taiwo Akinkunmi, proceeds with burial after one-year wait for state funeral


The family of Pa Taiwo Akinkunmi, the designer of Nigeria’s national flag, has laid him to rest after waiting for over a year for a promised state funeral that never materialized.


Despite assurances from the Federal Government, Akinkunmi's family revealed they were compelled to proceed with the burial as they could no longer afford the daily N2,000 morgue fee required to keep his body.


The Oyo State Government ultimately provided the necessary funds for the burial, stepping in to support the family in honouring the late national icon.
