 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.   Kaduna Chef Oxman Francis Makes History, Completes 48-Hour Cooking Lesson In Bid For Guinness World Record


In an extraordinary display of culinary endurance, Kaduna-based chef Oxman Francis has successfully completed a 48-hour cooking lesson, aiming to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking lesson.


Chef Oxman began his attempt on Thursday at the Ahmed Musa Neighborhood Center in Karji, Kaduna, cooking non-stop for 48 hours, preparing a variety of dishes and sharing his expertise with his students.


Francis' remarkable feat aims to secure his place in the Guinness World Records, cementing his status as one of Nigeria's most dedicated and skilled chefs.
