Madonna’s Son David Banda Makes New York Fashion Week Runway Debut Modeling at Off-White’s Spring 2025 Show
Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon has walked the runway for labels including Versace, Marine Serre and Luis De Javier - now the pop star's son, David Banda, has made his fashion show debut, appearing in Off-White's spring 2025 presentation at New York Fashion Week on Sunday.
Banda, a musician, strutted down the catwalk in a plaid collared vest, black pleated trousers, statement earrings, glovelets and flip-flops featuring bottle cap embellishments. Several stars sat in the front row, including singer Camila Cabello, Olympic gymnast Suni Lee and actress Issa Rae.
Banda's famous mother also supported him, as Madonna showed herself en route to Off-White's NYFW afterparty later that night.
The "Material Girl" songstress, 66, wore cargo-style jeans, a striped long-sleeve top and sunglasses for the event.
Madonna previously talked about
Banda's passion for fashion, admitting he was out-dressing her on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" in August 2022.
"He can put on any outfit and look swag as you know what," the fashion icon said.
"It's really irritating. He wears my clothes and looks better in them. He can even wear a dress and look butch."
That same year, the mother-son duo showed off their similar style as they rocked matching Adidas outfits to the WBA World Lightweight Championship.
