They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing. POLICE IN URBANA, ILLINOIS ASKING FOR PUBLICS HELP IDENTIFYING SUSPECT IN A CHILD LURING CASE. (PHOTO)

 Police in Urbana, Illinois asking for publics help identifying suspect in a child luring case.


According to reports the incident in question occurred on September 3rd.  On that date the vehicle shown in the image below was parked on Michigan Avenue and Kinch Street.


 As a child walked by the vehicle the man inside allegedly "began calling out to the child, he was repeatedly offering the child candy". However when the child ignored him and continued walking the vehicle drove away.


The child's parents contacted police after learning of the incident and an investigation has ensued. 


Now investigators are asking the public's assistance with identifying the vehicle which could lead to the suspect as there is no description of the man available.


The SUV is believed to be a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain.
