 STAEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   PRESIDENT TINUBU: WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUSTAIN BUHARI'S LEGACIES.   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday in Abuja, stated that his administration will continue to honour former President Muhammadu Buhari by sustaining his legacies of purposeful leadership, discipline, integrity, and the belief that public office is a trust, not a windfall.   President Tinubu made this commitment at the State House Conference Centre during the unveiling and public presentation of the book, *From Soldier to Statesman – The Legacy of Muhammadu Buhari*, authored by Dr Charles Omole.   He said the book offers Nigerians the opportunity to learn from President Buhari, and affirmed that the greatest honour to bestow on the late President is to sustain his legacies.   "This book reinforces the public memory. Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda took to Instagram recently to celebrate her daughter’s first day in college.


In a sweet note penned in honor of her daughter, Monalisa Chinda wrote;


”Tamar: Hey mum…. first day at college and I am loving it 5 Me: time to spread your

wings and fly high So grateful totally chuffed

And to all parents doing the most to send their children to school in this climes I say big ups and a big hug! Congratulations

may we never be put to shame”

Tamara is Monalisa Chinda’s only child, who she bore during her marriage to her ex-husband Dejo Richards.


Monalisa Chinda was married to her ex-husband Dejo Richards for about five years, and she left, citing her reasons being domestic abuse.


During an interview, Monalisa Chinda said that she left her ex-husband’s house, fleeing from her abusive marriage with her daughter in hand because she couldn’t handle the abuse any longer.


In the year 2021, Monalisa Chinda got married to her second husband Tonye Coker, and they have been together since then.


Beyond her two marriages, Monalisa Chinda has coined an interesting career, and she has been on television screens for the longest.


The early 2000’s were her era, and down to this moment, as she started from campus girls, down to starring in movies like Lagos Cougars, where she took on the role of an older woman.
