 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. A TRUCK HIT AND SMASHED A COASTER BUS FILLED WITH PASSENGERS WHILE DODGING CUSTOM OFFICERS AT OSHODI-ISOLO EXPRESSWAY. (PHOTO/VIDEO).#EXCLUSIVE

 Today Thursday the 11th of October 2024,an eyewitness reach out to PINK REPUBLIC TV/BLOG , sent this video with the caption 

"This just happened now Infront of Guardian news paper

Close to total bus stop oshodi-isolo express way, 3:06pm

3 custom officers were trying to stop a truck on high speed. There was a coaster bus Infront of the truck and another smaller truck Infront of the coaster bus.

The bigger truck was trying to run and dodge the custom officers and by so doing hit and smashed the coaster bus filled with passengers and then smashed against the smaller truck

The smaller truck fell and then the coaster bus was in-between the two trucks smashed

The smaller truck fell and then the coaster bus was in-between the two trucks smashed. 

The custom officers ran away immediately the accident happened"

When I reached out to him if there were caulties, he replied "2 and some injured, It was just Infront of me".
