 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. ARREST OF MR. ONYEKACHI SUCCESS NWABUEZE


This is to inform the general public that one Mr. Onyekachi Success Nwabueze, a civil servant with the Abia State Government was yesterday arrested by operatives of the State Security Service in connection with an allegation of fraud, impersonation, criminal conversion of pension funds and economic sabotage. 


Interim Investigation report revealed that Mr. Nwabueze is a member of a notorious syndicate that specialises in stealing pension funds.


Mr. Nwabueze has since confessed his involvement in the crime which saw him benefit millions of naira and has provided useful information that's aiding security agencies to track down other fleeing members of the syndicate.


While investigation is ongoing, Abia State government assures that Mr. Nwabueze and any other person or persons arrested in connection with the crime shall be treated fairly in security custody and in accordance with the provisions of the law.
