 Soludo Issues 7-Day Ultimatum to Owners of Illegal Structures in Onitsha South Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has issued a seven-day ultimatum to owners of illegal structures in Onitsha South Local Government Area to present valid building approvals and land ownership documents. The directive targets structures erected without authorization on government-owned land, including buildings constructed along waterways. According to the state government, such developments obstruct natural drainage channels, contributing to recurrent flooding and severe environmental degradation in the area. Governor Soludo emphasized that the exercise is part of his administration’s ongoing efforts to enforce urban planning regulations, protect the environment, and ensure public safety. He warned that any structure found to be illegal after the expiration of the seven-day grace period would face appropriate sanctions, including possible demolition. Nigerian music stars Davido and Wizkid are currently the talk of the moment after attending the same club last night in the UK, London


According to reports online, the music stars ran into each other at a club in London but snubbed each other. Sources said Davido was at the club relaxing when Wizkid walked in with his crew, but they didn’t exchange pleasantries. To the surprise of many, the ‘Ojuelegba’ crooner left almost immediately, leaving Davido and his crew at the club.


Videos online captured the moment Wizkid and his crew walked into the club while Davido and his gang were relaxing.
