 Court declares Adenike sole widow of Ajayi, rejects Helen Prest’s marriage claim A Lagos high court in Ikeja has dismissed claims by Helen Prest-Ajayi, the former beauty queen, that she is the sole and lawful widow of Tosin Ajayi, founder of First Foundation Hospital. Ajayi died on April 26, 2020. The ruling came in response to a suit filed by Adenike Oluyemisi Ajayi and her children, who challenged Prest’s assertion of being Ajayi’s only wife and her contestation over the ownership of his estate.  Hero police officer Thulani Siphiwe Hlatshwayo arrested on serious charges 

Constable Thulani Siphiwe Hlatshwayo, previously celebrated for his outstanding actions, alongside Constable Xolani Majuda Xaba, who placed themselves on duty while off-duty to respond to a kidnapping at Jabulani Mall about a month ago, was one of the seven police officers arrested by IPID on October 1st. 


Hlatshwayo has now been charged with murder, torture, assault, housebreaking, and theft.
