   iHeartMedia and Netflix expand video podcast deal with new shows from Martha Stewart, Kate Hudson, Oliver Hudson, and Lele Pons  iHeartMedia and Netflix are expanding their video podcast partnership with a new slate of shows featuring Martha Stewart, Kate Hudson, Oliver Hudson, and Lele Pons, as the companies continue building out their shared podcast lineup on the streaming platform. Under the expanded agreement, select iHeartPodcasts will be adapted into video format for Netflix, including new episodes and portions of existing episode libraries. The rollout will take place over the coming months. The new additions include Suite 305 with Lele Pons, The Martha Stewart Podcast, and Sibling Revelry hosted by Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson, which features conversations with sibling guests. LAGS SIGNED A LETTER OF INTENT WITH A BRITISH COMPANY REPUTABLE FOR THE CONVERSION OF PLASTIC WASTE TO ENERGY. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.


 As part of efforts to reduce plastic waste in the state and facilitate its conversion, the Lagos State Government over the week signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a British Company reputable for the conversion of plastic waste to energy.


The LOI will grant access to the decommissioned Abule Egba landfill for the collection of flexible plastic waste for advanced chemical recycling. The project is a pilot one with GreenDeal Chemicals and Recycling and Greenback Recycling Technologies Ltd.


This project will border around the collection of all flexible plastic waste arriving at the Abule Egba landfill site that will be recycled to generate energy. 


Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) will make available waste deliveries which will serve as feedstock for the four modules of Chemical Recycling unit to be installed at the site for the duration of the concession. The four modules that will be deployed will require 32 metric tonnes of flexible plastic waste per day as feed stock for chemical recycling from selected and sorted plastic waste.


The Chief Executive Officer, GreenDeal Chemicals and Recycling, Dr. Akintayo Adisa whilst speaking said Green Deal is an initiative that sets out to reduce waste, increase recycling, and promote sustainable practices. He expressed the willingness of his company to work with the Lagos State Government to actualize the circular economy plan of State.


The LOI signing was witnessed by the Permanent Secretary, Office of Environmental Services, Dr. Omobolaji Gaji and Permanent Secretary, Office of Drainage Services Engr. Mahamood Adegbite, Managing Director Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), Dr Muyiwa Gbadegesin, General Manager Lagos Waste Water Management Office, Engineer Adefemi Afolabi, as well as Directors in the Ministry. Also present are the Lagos British High Commission Deputy Country Director/ Investment Officer, Ms. Morayo Adekunle, Chief Executive Officer, Green Deal Company, Dr. Akintayo Adisa, and others.
