 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. EFCC CONFIRMS BOBRISKY'S ARREST; GIVES REASONS. (PHOTO).

 EFCC confirms Bobrisky’s arrest; gives reasons


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has confirmed the arrest of Bobrisky at Murtala Muhammed International Airport while on his way out of the country. 


In a chat with LIB, the spokesperson of the commission, Del Oyewale, said the crossdresser was arrested over the claims he  made in the audio  conversation social critic, Very Dark Man, released in October.


In the audio conversation, a person purported to be Bobrisky claimed he paid the EFCC N15 million to drop the money laundering charges filed against him earlier this year. 


Oyewale said Bobrisky was arrested and detained so he can help in the investigation of the bribery allegation made in the audio recording. He said Bobrisky was invited for questioning following the release of the audio but he refused to show up, forcing the agency to arrest him.


Bobrisky has however denied being the person heard in the audio tape.
