 STAEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   PRESIDENT TINUBU: WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUSTAIN BUHARI'S LEGACIES.   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday in Abuja, stated that his administration will continue to honour former President Muhammadu Buhari by sustaining his legacies of purposeful leadership, discipline, integrity, and the belief that public office is a trust, not a windfall.   President Tinubu made this commitment at the State House Conference Centre during the unveiling and public presentation of the book, *From Soldier to Statesman – The Legacy of Muhammadu Buhari*, authored by Dr Charles Omole.   He said the book offers Nigerians the opportunity to learn from President Buhari, and affirmed that the greatest honour to bestow on the late President is to sustain his legacies.   "This book reinforces the public memory. EFCC CONFIRMS BOBRISKY'S ARREST; GIVES REASONS. (PHOTO).

 EFCC confirms Bobrisky’s arrest; gives reasons


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has confirmed the arrest of Bobrisky at Murtala Muhammed International Airport while on his way out of the country. 


In a chat with LIB, the spokesperson of the commission, Del Oyewale, said the crossdresser was arrested over the claims he  made in the audio  conversation social critic, Very Dark Man, released in October.


In the audio conversation, a person purported to be Bobrisky claimed he paid the EFCC N15 million to drop the money laundering charges filed against him earlier this year. 


Oyewale said Bobrisky was arrested and detained so he can help in the investigation of the bribery allegation made in the audio recording. He said Bobrisky was invited for questioning following the release of the audio but he refused to show up, forcing the agency to arrest him.


Bobrisky has however denied being the person heard in the audio tape.
