 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  Government Day Secondary School Dutse has emerged victorious at the Dancing Competition of 12th China-Nigeria Cultural Fiesta 2024


The event held in Abuja amongst secondary schools was to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of China


The Cultural Counselor, Embassy of China and Director, China Cultural Center, Mr. Yang Jianxing said young people are the hope of the nation and enjoined the students to work hard to become good representatives of their country. 


The Representative of the Secretary FCT Secondary Education Board, Fatima Babba Gambo thanked the China Cultural Center for their unwavering support for schools in the FCT.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
