 Prince William and Kate Middleton bring George, Charlotte and Louis to Commonwealth Games for first Scotland public outing Prince William and Kate Middleton brought their three children to the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking the siblings’ first official public appearance in Scotland. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, attended the sporting event on Saturday, Aug. 1, during their summer break with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. While in Scotland, where William and Kate are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, the family spent time with Team Wales athletes and their families. The couple also visited SportsAid, an organisation that supports young athletes. Kate has served as patron of the organisation since 2013. The Commonwealth Games, held every four years, brings together athletes from across the Commonwealth of Nations. MRS BIANCA OJUKWU HAS OFFICIALLY ASSUMED OFFICE AS THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS. (PHOTOS)

 Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu has officially assumed office as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. 


Mrs Ojukwu was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, alongside top management and senior staff of the Ministry.


She pledged her commitment to building on the Tinubu administration’s "4D" foreign policy framework, which focuses on Democracy, Development, Diplomacy, and Diaspora.


The Minister emphasized the importance of strengthening diplomatic ties globally and promoting sustainable international relationships.
