 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Okpebholo Appoints Gani Audu as Chief of Staff


Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has appointed Gani Audu as his new Chief of Staff. 


The announcement was made through a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Musa Ikhilor, on Friday. The Governor expressed confidence that Audu’s appointment would contribute significantly to driving meaningful reforms in the state.


The statement read, "It is hereby announced for the information of the general public, particularly the good people of Edo State, that Governor Monday Okpebholo has approved the appointment of Gani Audu as his Chief of Staff. The appointment takes immediate effect."


About Gani Audu:


Born on August 18, 1969, Gani Audu holds an HND from Auchi Polytechnic (1994), a PGD in Business Administration from Benson Idahosa University (2011), and an M.Sc. in Intelligence and Global Security from Baze University, Abuja (2024).


Audu has held several key positions, including serving as the Chairman of Etsako West Local Government Council from 2004 to 2010, and as a member of the Edo State House of Assembly for Etsako West Constituency 1 from 2015 to 2023. He was also the deputy governorship candidate for the All Progressives Congress in the 2020 Edo State Governorship election.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
