NIGERIAN MILITARY JET CRASHES IN NIGER. (PHOTO).

 Nigerian military jet crashes in Niger A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Alpha Jet has reportedly crashed near Karabonde, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State, on Saturday evening, December 6. Unconfirmed reports from local sources clam that the two pilots onboard survived the incident after successfully ejecting from the aircraft. A Niger state-based digital television network, Lapai TV, announced the tragic incident  in a post on its official Facebook account on Saturday evening, December 6. The post, accompanied by a one-minute video, read, “Two Nigerian Air Force Pilots Reportedly Survive Alpha Jet Crash Close to Karabonde, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State”. It was reported that the two pilots successfully ejected before the aircraft went down. Meanwhile, the Nigerian military has yet to make any official statement concerning about the crash as of the time of filing this report.

The event was graced, by  Major General Garba Audi, rtd, Chairman Governing Council, General Christopher Musa, OFR, Chief of Defence Staff, Nigeria Armed Forces ( Grand  Fellowship awardee ), ably represented, HE, Sen., Engr David Umahi ( recipient of the award of outstanding Minister of the year ), Honourable Justice Edward Amoako Asante ( awardee ), former President Community Court of Justice ECOWAS, ably represented, General Johnson A.O Ochoga, rtd ( Fellowship awardee ), ably represented, Alhaji Bamanga Usman, MD/CEO Oil and Gas Free zone, Professor Chiedozie Okoro ( Fellowship awardee ), Director, NPF - National Cybercrime Centre ( NCCC ), Assistant Commissioner of Police Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Force Public Relations Officer, NPF, Abuja ( special guest ), Mr Oke Muyiwa from the CDCFIB, amongst many distinguished personalities just to mention a few.


The management of the Institute of Security and Strategic Studies at the event tonight congratulated, all participants, who successfully completed, their course in Intelligence Analysis and Security Risk Operations Management as well as all inductees, fellows and awardees present physically or represented at the event, which gathered top ranking security personalities and guests from various walks of life .
