  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. CHILD BORN ON CHRISTMAS DAY, FATHER GETS ARRESTED FOR STATUTORY RAPE. (PHOTO).

 A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged with statutory rape after allegedly impregnating a 13-year-old girl in Seshego, Polokwane. The two met at a shopping complex in January 2024 and began communicating before becoming intimate in May 2024.



The girl only revealed the incident to her aunt after experiencing complications, and medical tests confirmed she was eight months pregnant in November 2024. She gave birth to a baby boy on Christmas Day, 25 December 2024.


The police were informed, and a statutory rape case was registered for further investigation. The suspect was arrested by the Seshego Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences Unit on 26 December 2024 and is expected to appear in the Seshego Magistrate’s Court soon.
