 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. Denzel Washington's Daughter Katia Unveils Tall Blond Wife!!


Denzel Washington’s daughter Katia Washington stepped out last night with her wife, Colleen Wilson – and fans are shocked at the couple.

Katia is Denzel and Pauletta’s second child, and was born on Nov. 27, 1986, in L.A. 


Katia studied at Yale University, where she graduated in 2010. Though Katia keeps her personal life private, she has followed the career path of many other members of the Washington family and works behind the scenes as a producer for Bron Studios.

In her career, she has worked as a producer on Fences, Malcolm & Marie, Breaking and Sharp Stick.

Katia and her father have a very good relationship, and he recently attended Katia’s wedding, to model and former ballet dancer Colleen Wilson. Colleen is 6 foot 4 inches tall, and Katia is 5 foot 2. The couple have a more than one foot discrepancy in height.


They make a very odd looking couple. But hey … you never know who you fall in love with …
