 STAEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   PRESIDENT TINUBU: WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUSTAIN BUHARI'S LEGACIES.   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday in Abuja, stated that his administration will continue to honour former President Muhammadu Buhari by sustaining his legacies of purposeful leadership, discipline, integrity, and the belief that public office is a trust, not a windfall.   President Tinubu made this commitment at the State House Conference Centre during the unveiling and public presentation of the book, *From Soldier to Statesman – The Legacy of Muhammadu Buhari*, authored by Dr Charles Omole.   He said the book offers Nigerians the opportunity to learn from President Buhari, and affirmed that the greatest honour to bestow on the late President is to sustain his legacies.   "This book reinforces the public memory. EDO POLICE WARNS AGAINST FALSE ALARM, FAKE NEWS, MISINFORMATION etc


The Edo State Police command is calling on the general public, especially indigenes and residents of the State to desist from raising false alarms, spreading fake, unfounded and misleading informations on social media. 


This is coming on the heels of a false and mischievous claim by one Enabulele Aibuedefe 'm' Age 34yrs with the 'X' handle @edoboy2024 alledging that the Police in Edo State "kidnapped" two boys and were demanding #2m for their release, with further warning for youths to avoid ekenwan slope area of Benin-City. This was discovered to be untrue and had caused apprehension to law abiding residents of the State. 


The officers and men of the Police would not be dettered with this sort of misinformation while discharging their constitutional responsibility of ensuring the safety of lives and property in Edo State.
