  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. In a significant move to enhance road safety in Onitsha North LGA, The Mayor, Hon. Nweze Tony Nwora, has ensured quality road repairs for a Traffic-Free Christmas and beyond.

 

Tony Nwora, is actively supervising the ongoing project themed "Operation Zero Potholes" in Onitsha North to enhance road safety and improve the quality of life for residents.


This impactful project aims to repair all problematic potholes across the Council area using high-quality asphalt. The City Mayor is committed to ensuring that residents enjoy a smooth and traffic-free celebration and beyond.


The Mayor's hands-on approach reflects his dedication to overseeing the work and ensuring that the team delivers exceptional results. Residents of Onitsha North can be rest assured that their welfare and the development of the community remain top priorities for him.


The Operation Zero Potholes project, which aligns with the transformative agenda of Mr. Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo to transform Anambra State into a livable, clean, enjoyable, and sustainable homeland, did not only aims to enhance road infrastructure but also underscores the Mayor's commitment to the progress and well-being of the citizens.
