 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.   Terrorist attack Ungwa Rogo in Kaduna state


Unknown Gunmen have again attacked  one of the communities in Unguwar Rogo, of Ugom community under Maro Ward, Kajuru Local government area of kaduna state.


In a statement sign by  Alhaji ishaya Onussim says it's quite unfortunate that the terrorists vandalized many valuable materials, stole all kinds of farm products they came across, burned down houses, and set fire to the ECWA Church in Unguwar Rogo after looting all the movable valuables in the church and the pastorium.


 Alhaji ishaya Onussim who is the chairman of Ugom progressive union said all the people living in the committee fled into the bushes, abandoning all their belongings to save their lives.


He appeal to government at all level to come to their aid, alhaji ishaya added that the year is too young for people t start experiencing such dastardly act while calling for more prayers for God to intervene.
