 Ghanaian Church Honors 20 Young Girls for Preserving Virginity The Seventh-Day Adventist (SDA) Church in Wenchi West District, Bono Region, celebrated 20 young girls aged 13 to 16 for maintaining their virginity during a special Thanksgiving service. Organized by the Young Adventist Women Ministries, the event aimed to uphold moral integrity rooted in Christian and cultural values. Mrs. Nana Amponsah Poku, Coordinator of the Young Adventist Women Ministries, highlighted the initiative’s focus on fostering self-confidence and wise decision-making among young women. She urged the girls to remain cautious in their friendships and continue preserving their purity, emphasizing their unique beauty as God’s creation. Associate Pastor Andrews Dua Bour Kyereh commended the honorees for their discipline and encouraged them to prioritize education and faith. WISCONSIN MAN WANTED BY AUTHORITIES AFTER 2 CHILDREN AND ONE ADULT WERE FOUND DECEASED IN A HOME. (PHOTOS).

 BE ON THE LOOKOUT: Wisconsin man wanted by authorities after 2 children and one adult were found deceased in a home. 


This tragic saga began on Sunday when a Wisconsin child went missing and was last seen with 47-year-old Virgil Thew. The following day on Monday December 30th, another child was reported missing to New Lisbon Police Department.


A few hours after receiving the report of the second missing child, officers were alerted to the report of a deceased adult and 2 deceased children in a home on West Bridge Street in New Lisbon.


There has been no official confirmation that the deceased children are the children reported missing. However, Virgil Thew has been identified as a person of interest in the deaths.


Thew is also wanted on parole violations and should be considered armed and dangerous!


 Officials have stated that you should NOT approach him AT ALL; instead you need to call 911 immediately if you see him.


Virgil Thew is 5'10" and 150 lbs.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a hat with a dark colored down coat.

  SSANU, NASU threaten strike over withheld salaries The Joint Action Committee of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions have threatened to disrupt industrial peace in universities should the government fail to release the withheld salaries of members. The salaries were seized by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari during their strike in 2022. The unions, in a joint letter signed on Friday by the President of SSANU, Muhammed Ibrahim and General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, questioned the rationale with which the government released four months withheld salaries to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities but failed to release the withheld salaries of non-academic staff.
