A FLORIDA WOMAN'S HEARTBREAKING LAST MOMENTS ARE CAPTURED ON VIDEO AS SHE FLED FOR HER LIFE FROM AN ABUSIVE EX WHO ABDUCTED THEIR PRECIOUS 4-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER. (PHOTO).

A Florida woman's heartbreaking last moments are captured on video as she fled for her life from an abusive ex who abducted their precious 4-year-old daughter.

34-year-old Mary Gingles sadly lost her life alongside her father and an uninvolved good samaritan trying to intervene and save her. Mary had been a victim of documented  domestic violence twice within the last year. (Mary is the beautiful woman pictured last.)

In fact, as police descended onto the scene of the shooting, they found a domestic violence injunction order against her estranged husband 43-year-old Nathan Gingles, laying on the counter. (Nathan is pictured second.)

Police uncovered this absolutely diabolic crime on Sunday, Febuary 16th while responding to shots fired in Tamarac, Florida. When authorities arrived on scene they quickly discovered 64-year-old David Ponzer (Mary's beloved father) deceased in his backyard. He passed away from a fatal gunshot wound fired by Nathan. There was a shattered coffee mug on the ground next to him.

As police continued to investigate they spoke with a neighbor who shared with them he had heard loud banging on his door around 6 a.m. Upon checking his security camera he saw Mary running up to his door and frantically pounding on it. Seconds later he saw Nathan come into frame with a firearm and a small shoeless child who was identified as the couple's 4-year-old daughter Seraphine. (She is pictured first getting inside of a police cruiser.)

When Mary saw Nathan approaching, she fled the residence. The last image before both individuals went out of frame was Nathan raising his firearm in a "high ready" position.

Mary continued through the neighborhood attempting to flee for her life from her violent estranged husband. Mary ended up at the door of 36-year-old Andrew Ferrin who let her into the home in an attempt to save her from the armed and angry Nathan. Sadly, police would find both Mary and Andrew (the good samaritan) deceased inside of the residence from gunshot wounds. Andrew died a hero. Mary died while bravely trying to save her own life while also trying to get help for her abducted daughter.

After securing the crime scene, police switched gears in a frantic attempt to rescue Seraphine from her father. Fortunately authorities were able to quickly locate Nathan and Seraphine in North Lauderdale. Thankfully they were able to safely recover Seraphine and take Nathan into custody without further incident.

Nathan Gingles is being charged with three counts of first-degree murder, one count of violating an order of protection and one count of interfering with custody.

Our thoughts are with the families of all victims in this tragic and shocking incident.
