 Prince William and Kate Middleton bring George, Charlotte and Louis to Commonwealth Games for first Scotland public outing Prince William and Kate Middleton brought their three children to the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking the siblings’ first official public appearance in Scotland. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, attended the sporting event on Saturday, Aug. 1, during their summer break with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. While in Scotland, where William and Kate are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, the family spent time with Team Wales athletes and their families. The couple also visited SportsAid, an organisation that supports young athletes. Kate has served as patron of the organisation since 2013. The Commonwealth Games, held every four years, brings together athletes from across the Commonwealth of Nations. Uzodimma appoints new GM for ENTRACO, five other Special Advisers


Governor Hope Uzodimma has approved the appointment of Mr. Anthony Anyaehie as the new General Manager (GM) for the Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission ( ENTRACO).


Anyaehie replaces Hon. Engr. Francis Chukwu, now nominated Special Adviser, Livestock.


Other Special Advisers (SAs) whose approval the Governor has given include:


Ebere Hilary - Environment

Oluchi Sonate Praise - Event II.

Abigail Chikere - Visual Communication (Photographic Media) I

Aloysius Emmanuel Chinenye - Visual Communication (Photographic Media) II.


The appointments are with immediate effect.
