 "It was great joining Njideka Akunyili Crosby — a gifted Nigerian-born, Los Angeles-based artist — to unveil our first portrait together. This piece reflects so many chapters of Michelle and my story, and we’re thrilled that it will be on display in the Hope and Change lobby at the Obama Presidential Center starting this Juneteenth". Njideks Akunyili is the daughter of Dora Akunyili, who was the Director-General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) of Nigeria from 2001 to 2008.  GOVERNOR UZODIMMA INAGURATES NEW BOARD FOR IMO STATE UNIVERSITY (IMSU)


Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has today, Friday 31st January 2024, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of reconstituted Board members of Imo State University (IMSU), as approved by the Imo State House of Assembly (IMHA), in a move to strengthen the institution's governance.  


During the ceremony, Governor Uzodimma emphasized the importance of transparency and charged the members to carry out their duties with diligence and a deep understanding of their roles as servants of the people.  


The newly appointed board members are:


• Prof. Fr. Philip Anyaehie Ogbonna – Chairman


• Mr. Leo Stan Eke – Member


• Rt. Hon. Chuma Nnaji – Member


• Hon. Godwin Esom Obodo – Member


• Pharm. Chuks Okoronkwo – Member


• Princess Nkechi Mbachu – Member

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
