 Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway  The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State.  Kano Assembly Imposes ₦25,000 Fine for Public Spitting, Urination, and Littering


The Kano State House of Assembly has passed a law imposing a ₦25,000 fine on individuals caught spitting, urinating, defecating, or dumping waste on streets and under bridges in the state.


The legislation grants authority to the agency responsible for city beautification and recreational area management to enforce the new rules.


Speaking after Monday’s plenary, Majority Leader Lawan Hussaini Dala emphasized the need to maintain cleanliness in Kano, aligning it with global standards. He noted that additional penalties are also included in the law for offenders.


The Assembly also held a second reading of a bill to amend the Kano Waste Management and Environmental Sanitation Authority Act, which seeks to create an Assistant Executive Governor position.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
