 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  NIMC Approves FIC for Participation in ID4D Project


The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has granted approval for FIC Professionals Network Plc to participate in the Identity for Development (ID4D) Ecosystem Enrolment Service.


FIC, a recognized stakeholder in the financial inclusion sector, recently collaborated with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) to introduce the Agency Banking Certification (ABC) program for aspiring financial inclusion professionals. The company met all necessary requirements before being approved for the initiative.


The approval was confirmed in a letter dated January 23, 2025, signed on behalf of the NIMC Director-General/CEO, Engr. (Mrs) Abisoye Coker-Odusote.


The Nigeria Digital Identification for Development (ID4D) project is a transformative initiative aimed at providing a secure and verifiable digital identity for all Nigerians. It seeks to enhance service delivery, improve governance, and create new opportunities in the digital economy.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
