 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. POLICE DENY REPORTS OF OHANAEZE YOUTH PRESIDENT'S ABDUCTION IN EBONYI. (PHOTO).

The Ebonyi State Police Command has denied allegations circulating in the media that its officers were involved in the abduction of Igboayaka O. Igboayaka, president of the Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC). The command's spokesperson, SP Joshua Ukandu, stated that these allegations are being investigated, and Igboayaka will face charges in court once the investigation is concluded.


The investigation was prompted by a petition submitted to the Commissioner of Police, alleging that Igboayaka spread false information that could disrupt peace and stability in Ebonyi State. The police command reiterated its commitment to upholding the law while respecting individual rights.


It's worth noting that the Ohanaeze Youth Council has been involved in various controversies in the past. However, the current allegations against Igboayaka are unrelated to those incidents.
