  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Ukraine can forget about joining NATO – Trump


United States President Donald Trump has ruled out the possibility of the U.S. offering security guarantees or NATO membership to Ukraine.

Trump made this statement on Wednesday while addressing reporters at a cabinet meeting ahead of his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to finalise an agreement on handing over natural resources.

Trump confirmed that Zelensky would visit on Friday to sign the agreement following intense U.S. pressure to transfer rare earth materials used in aerospace and other technologies.

When asked what concessions would be necessary to end the war, Trump unequivocally ruled out Ukraine’s membership in NATO, stating: “NATO you can forget about. I think that’s probably the reason the whole thing started.”

The U.S. President insisted that his diplomatic approach was fostering a new spirit of compromise from Russian President Vladimir Putin, who, according to Trump, had previously “wanted the whole thing” in Ukraine.
