 Abuja High Court orders INEC to deregister ADC, Accord Party, others Justice Peter Odo Lifu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately deregister the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Accord Party, and others from participating in the 2027 general elections over alleged constitutional breaches. Justice Lifu issued the order on Monday, June 15, while delivering judgment in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/2637/2026, and instituted by the Incorporated Trustees of the National Forum of Former Legislators against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and several political parties, including the ADC, Action Alliance, APP, Accord Party, and Zenith Labour Party. The plaintiffs argued that the affected political parties failed to meet constitutional requirements relating to electoral spread and performance. A MISSISSIPPI FORMER PASTOR AND CURRENT BUS DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AFTER A TEEN CAME FORWARD SAYING HE FORCED HER TO HAVE INTIMATE RELATIONS ON THE SCHOOL BUS WHILE HE WATCHED. (PHOTO).

 A Mississippi former pastor and current school bus driver was arrested after a teen came forward saying he forced her to have intimate relations on the school bus while he watched.


Investigators say Elvis Colenburg, who was a bus driver for Jefferson County School District, is being charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. 


These charges come after a 14-year-old girl came forward claiming Colenburg had forced her and a 14-year-old boy to have intimate relations while he watched. 


 These appalling instances happened on Colenburg's afternoon bus route.The young girl was one of his passengers, however Colenburg would allegedly pick the boy up after dropping all the other students off. The boy was not a passenger of the bus. 


He would then force the two children to have sex while he watched. The young girl claims this happened around 20 times before she finally came forward. 


The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department are investigating to determine how long this has been going on and why Colenburg very specifically targeted these two students.


Colenburg was immediately relieved of all duties with the Jefferson County School District. The District assures the public they are working with investigators to bring Colenburg to justice.


Elvis Colenburg was booked into Jefferson County Jail and had bond set at $200,000
