 TEAM LAGOS EMERGES TOP AT 23RD NATIONAL SPORTS FESTIVAL SOUTH WEST ELIMINATION Lagos State athletes proved their dominance in the South West by edging out regional competitors and emerging top in the five team events contested at the elimination series qualifier for the 23rd National Sports Festival later this year in Enugu. The elimination series featured team events in volleyball, basketball, football, beach volleyball, and cricket in male and female categories. While the team clinched only the female football ticket by topping their group, they showed dominance in three other sports by winning both the male and female tickets. Team Lagos took first position in the volleyball male and female categories. The male team defeated their counterparts from Ondo in the finals by 25-18, 24-26, 25-20, and 25-20, while the female team defeated Team Oyo by 25-18, 22-25, 28-26, 16-25, and 15-8.  Ijoba Lande's Wife Breaks Silence on Infidelity Allegations


Dara, the estranged wife of comedian Ijoba Lande, has spoken out about the infidelity allegations against her. In an interview with socialite Esabod and other TikTokers on Sunday, Dara admitted to sitting naked on actor Baba Tee's lap during a 'Truth and Dare' game at his residence.


Dara explained that she met Baba Tee in July 2024, when she accompanied her friend Marygold to his house. She claimed that Baba Tee was unaware of her marital status at the time.


According to Dara, the group engaged in a 'Truth and Dare' game, during which Marygold stripped naked and performed a sex act on Baba Tee. Dara alleged that she had consumed 10 shots of alcohol and that Marygold and Baba Tee had smoked marijuana.


Dara stated that Marygold dared Baba Tee to have sex with her, but she refused, instead opting to sit on his lap. She emphasized that no sexual activity occurred.


The interview follows Baba Tee's public apology to Ijoba Lande, after initially denying allegations of infidelity with Dara. Ijoba Lande had accused Baba Tee and other entertainers of sleeping with his wife, leading to her departure from their home in January 2025.


Baba Tee has since taken responsibility for his actions, stating "I take responsibility for my mistake" on his Instagram page.
