 President Tinubu to Present 2026 Budget on Friday, December 19 President Bola Tinubu is set to present the 2026 Appropriation Bill to a joint session of the National Assembly on Friday, December 19, 2025. Ahead of the presentation, a formal communication from the Presidency will be read on the floor of the House of Representatives on Thursday, December 18, notifying lawmakers and staff of the President’s appearance. The notification follows a letter dated December 17, 2025, signed by Adm. Essien Eyo Essien, Secretary of Human Resources and Staff Development, on behalf of the Clerk to the National Assembly, Kamoru Ogunlana. The letter was also copied to the Deputy Clerk and heads of departments. According to the letter, President Tinubu, in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, will deliver the proposed 2026 budget at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.  Man laments over bad governance, tears his NYSC certificate


Nigerian man laments over bäd governance and härdship in the country as he rips his NYSC certificate apart.


The Nigerian man took to his social media page to express his frǔstration as part of the 30-Day-Rant Challenge.


He remarked that despite spending years in school obtaining a degree, he is unable to secure employment in Nigeria.

According to him, the hardship in the country is getting wørse for everyone.


In the viral video, he had ripped apart his NYSC certificate while condemning the situation of the country and asking its leaders to do their job in getting things right.


“During the time of our parents they can go to school and afford a basic life but now it is not even possible,” he lamented.


“Are we talking about the price of gas, electricity? everything is sky-rocketing,” he added.
