 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Professor Qurix Sworn In As Pioneer Vice Chancellor Of Federal University Of Applied Sciences Kachia


Professor W.B. Qurix has been officially sworn in as the pioneer Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia. 


The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Federal Secretariat, Abuja, and was conducted by the Minister of Education.


Alongside Professor Qurix, members of the Board of Governing Council and other key management staff of the university were also sworn in.


Professor Qurix, a seasoned academic and administrator, has previously served as the Vice Chancellor of Bingham University and Kaduna State University. 


His vast experience is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the newly established university's vision and academic direction.


The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia, is set to enhance applied sciences education in Nigeria, with a focus on innovation and practical learning.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
