  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs).  NSCDC:Anambra State Commandant Conducts On The Spot Assessment To JAMB CBT Examination Centers In Awka

The State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps,  Comdt. Maku Olatunde A. on April 24, conducted an on the spot assessment to several JAMB CBT examination centers in Awka, assessing security arrangements and interacting with deployed personnel.


According to SC Okadigbo Edwin, Head, Media and Tactical NSCDC Anambra State Command, the visited centers, including JAMB Office ICT Center, St. Patrick's College Awka, and St. John of God Awka, reported smooth proceedings with robust security, zero incidents, and JAMB officials assisting candidates.


"Commandant Maku, during his visit to the exam centers, emphasized the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor, urging officers and men to remain courteous and respectful in their interactions with candidates, thereby ensuring a positive experience for all.


"Interacting with personnel at the centers, Commandant Maku stressed the need for politeness and civility, reminding them that their conduct would reflect not only on themselves but also on the entire security agency.


"I commend you for your diligence and professionalism in ensuring a secure and peaceful JAMB examination process" he said.


Meanwhile, a separate monitoring team, led by Deputy Commandants Prominence Ukaobi, Akaachia Godwin and  Alada Yakubu, was deployed to oversee security at JAMB centers outside Awka Metropolis.
