 A Tennessee family, and an entire community, has been left stunned and grieving after a pack of dogs took the life of a man out for a jog. When 43-year-old Marko Bursey arrived in Henning, Tennessee, to visit his parents, he had no idea that he would never be returning back to his home in Nashville. Marko could have never imagined the terrible fate that awaited him, lurking in the woods, near an abandoned school.  However, Marko's horrific death has had an indelible effect on not just his loved ones but an entire community as they search for answers on how this tragedy unfolded.  Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Defies Kogi Government's Ban, Receives Heroic Welcome


Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan was given a rousing homecoming by her supporters and residents of the Ihima community in Kogi State, despite the state government's ban on rallies and processions. The celebration, which kicked off as early as 8 a.m., saw supporters from the five local government areas of Kogi Central gather at the Ihima community of Okehi Local Government Area to welcome the lawmaker.


Local musicians entertained the crowd while they awaited Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan's arrival. The embattled Senator made a grand entrance, arriving in a white helicopter, which elicited cheers and applause from her supporters.


This homecoming celebration comes on the heels of the Kogi State Government's ban on rallies and public gatherings due to security concerns. The government had warned that intelligence reports indicated some individuals were planning to stage violent rallies in the guise of political and religious agitations within Kogi Central.


Despite the ban, Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan had announced earlier that she would not cancel her scheduled visit to her constituency for the Sallah break, emphasizing her commitment to engaging with her community and fostering unity and cooperation.
