 Kufana Youths Apprehend Suspected Transformer Vandals, Hand Over Suspects To Police The Executive Chairman of Kajuru Local Government Council, Hon. Dauda Madaki, has commended the vigilance and bravery of youths in Kufana community following the arrest of suspected transformer vandals in the early hours of Tuesday. The suspects, identified as Denis Reuben of Kurmin Ido, Haruna Ado of Kurmin Kwari, and another individual, were reportedly caught while allegedly attempting to steal transformer coils. Their arrest was carried out by a patrol team led by Mr. Samaila Akawu, alongside the community Youth Leader, Mr. Chris Lingo, and other vigilant youths. Following the arrest, the suspects were handed over to the Nigeria Police Force for further investigation and possible prosecution. Reacting to the development, Hon.  Swedish Court Jails Four Teens for Shooting at Israeli Tech Firm


A Swedish court on Monday sentenced four teenagers to up to five years in prison for orchestrating a 2024 shooting targeting Israeli defense company Elbit Systems in Gothenburg. 


A 13-year-old carried out the attack but was not charged due to his age. No injuries were reported. Authorities say the mastermind remains unidentified. The incident is among several recent threats to Israeli interests in Sweden amid the Gaza conflict.
