  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Makinde, Saraki, Others in Closed Door Meeting after FCTA Seizes PDP HQ (Photos) | 


Leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), including Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, Acting National Chairman Umar Damagum, and former Senate President Bukola Saraki, are currently holding a closed-door meeting of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) at the Bauchi State Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja.


The meeting, which is part of the PDP’s National Caucus session, comes just hours after officials of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) sealed off the party’s national secretariat over unpaid ground rents.


Meanwhile, the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting, earlier scheduled to hold at the sealed secretariat, was relocated to Legacy House, the party’s presidential campaign office located in the Maitama District of the Federal Capital Territory.


The sealing of the PDP headquarters follows tension between the party and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike. Wike, a former PDP governor, had declared on Sunday that he would “fight for justice” within the party.


Prior to the commencement of the meeting, journalists were excused to allow for a private session.
