 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. THE KENTUCKY COUPLE WHO BOTH LOST THEIR OPPOSITE ARMS WHILE CLINGING TO EACH OTHER DURING A TORNADO HAVE BEEN REUNITED. (PHOTO).

 The Kentucky couple who both lost their opposite arms while clinging to each other during a tornado have been REUNITED!!! 


Paul and Gail Cline are two residents of Laurel County, Kentucky who suffered major physical trauma as a result of the May 19th tornado that devastated the region. 


These two amazing people who have been married to each other for 30 years each lost an arm while clinging to each other for dear life during the tornado. A tornado that also destroyed their home and vehicles. 


Now, nearly a week after the traumatic events, these two lovebirds have been reunited at the hospital. Gail, who suffered the worst injuries  of the two, was successfully taken off life support this Thursday! According to their family, Gail's first words after being taken off the ventilator and seeing her husband Paul were, "I love you". 


The smile on Gail's face says it all, she seems so genuinely happy to see Paul despite the couple losing everything, including nearly losing their lives.


In the wake of such a tragic event, these two stand as a symbol of hope and enduring love.
