Lagos police launch investigation as jeweller  accuses its officers of harassment The Lagos State Police Command said it has commenced an investigation into a viral video of a jeweller accusing some policemen in the Festac area of the state of harassing him.  The command disclosed this in an X post on Saturday. The video, which circulated on X on Saturday morning, shows the businessman engaged in a struggle with some policemen. Later in the video, the businessman could be seen with a bloody face after allegedly sustaining a cut beside his right eye during the struggle with the police officers,  The jeweller later explained that the policemen from the Festac Division had stopped him for a routine search. A TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA WOMAN IS FACING SERIOUS CHARGES AFTER CAUSING AN ACCIDENT WHILE INTOXICATED THAT TOOK THE LIVES OF TWO JUVENILES.(PHOTO).

 A Terre Haute, Indiana woman is facing serious charges after causing an accident while intoxicated that took the lives of two juveniles.


Misty Casey was operating an SUV with 4 juvenile occupants on Saturday, June 7th. As she traveled west on Oak Street she failed to stop at a stop sign causing her to collide with a truck. 


The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries. Two of the juveniles in Casey's SUV suffered non-life threatening injuries,  however the other two minor children lost their lives as a result of the collision. 


Authorities report that Misty Casey had THC in her system as well as a BAC of 0.22.


Misty Casey was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Resulting in Death and Confinement. 


There is no information regarding Casey's relationship to the deceased. The incident remains under investigation.
