 No good deed goes unpunished.  A Florida sea tow captain saved a man from a burning ship only to be shoved overboard and have his boat stolen. This shocking incident occurred near Marco Island on March 6th. On that date, a call went out regarding a burning boat. The captain of a sea tow boat heard the distress call and rushed to provide aid. He was able to quickly locate the burning boat and  discovered 40-year-old, Ryan Deiter, and his dog onboard the burning ship. Wasting no time, the captain of the sea tow boat was able to maneuver alongside the distressed boat and begin efforts to extricate Deiter and his dog from the doomed vessel.  Eventually, the sea tow captain was able to pull both Deiter and his dog onboard the tow boat. However, once Deiter was pulled to safety, he repaid a stranger's kindness with treachery.  Deiter shoved the captain from his own boat and fled the scene in the stolen boat, leaving the man who had just risked his own vessel and life...

 Dickson Warns Atiku, Amaechi, Others Over 2027 Political Coalition


Former Bayelsa State Governor Seriake Dickson has issued a subtle warning to leaders of an emerging political coalition, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, ex-Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi, and former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, urging them to tread cautiously in their political maneuvers ahead of the 2027 elections.


Speaking at Amaechi’s 60th birthday celebration in Abuja on Saturday, Dickson referenced the coalition’s past actions, particularly their role in ousting the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015. He noted that the coalition’s success in removing what he described as a “clueless government” has not translated into meaningful progress for Nigerians.


“When you took out my party in 2015, we thought poverty would not be weaponized and Nigeria’s challenges would be resolved,” Dickson said. “Now, 11 years later, I urge you, as expert conspirators and coalition builders, to shine your eyes and be mindful of your choices.”


The event saw top politicians gather to honor Amaechi, with Atiku openly declaring himself, Amaechi, and El-Rufai as “conspirators” united in their opposition to President Bola Tinubu’s administration. The new coalition is reportedly being formed to challenge the current government in the 2027 general elections.


Dickson’s remarks underscored a call for reflection, warning his colleagues to consider the consequences of their political strategies on Nigeria’s future.
