 LAGOS LAW REFORM COMMISSION ENGAGES TOURISM, AGRICULTURE MINISTRIES ON SECTORAL LAW REFORMS The Lagos State Law Reform Commission recently held consultative engagements with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Systems as part of ongoing efforts to review, modernise and harmonise sectoral laws for improved governance, institutional efficiency and sustainable development in Lagos State. The engagement with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture was initiated and led by the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Mrs. Oluyemisi Ogunlola.  The delegation was received by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Princess Adebopo Oyekan-Ismaila, alongside relevant departmental and agency representatives.  Displaced Nigerian actress Jumoke George gets duplex, land, SUV gifts


Homeless Nollywood star, Jumoke George has received massive support from the public, weeks after soliciting financial help on social media.

The veteran actress had during an emotional interview with her colleague, Biola Bayo, revealed she has been ill and homeless for six years. 

However, in a new development on Sunday evening, Biola Bayo in an instagram post announced that the actress has received a four-bedroom duplex, plot of land and SUV jeep gifts from kind-hearted Nigerians.

Expressing gratitude to Nigerians for their generosity, Biola Bayo shared the pictures of the actress in the new car and house.

“Today, we present a four-bedroom duplex, SUV, and a plot of land to Jumoke George. Thanks to everyone who made this dream a reality”, she wrote.
