Iran responds to Trump, reveals how to end war with israel

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has suggested that a single phone call from United States President Donald Trump could “pave the way for a return to diplomacy” in the Middle East.

Araghchi claimed that it would take just one call from Trump to muzzle Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The statement follows remarks by Trump in which he urged Iran to engage in talks with Israel to de-escalate the ongoing conflict. The US President also warned that the war could have devastating consequences.

“If President Trump is genuine about diplomacy and interested in stopping this war, next steps are consequential. Israel must halt its aggression, and absent a total cessation of military aggression against us, our responses will continue,” Araghchi wrote in a post on X.

“It takes one phone call from Washington to muzzle someone like Netanyahu. That may pave the way for a return to diplomacy.”

Araghchi further emphasised that Iran did not initiate the conflict and has no desire to prolong the bloodshed.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has maintained that military operations will persist until Iran’s nuclear programme and ballistic missile capabilities are destroyed.
