The entertainment community is reeling from shocking news out of San Antonio. Jonathan Joss, the veteran voice actor beloved for bringing John Redcorn to life in the iconic animated series "King of the Hill," was fatally shot by a neighbor Sunday night following what police describe as a "heated argument."
The 59-year-old actor was pronounced dead at the scene despite paramedic efforts, while the suspect, identified as Sigfredo Alvarez-Cega, was captured within a block of the residence and charged with murder. Bond has been set at $200,000.
Joss's career spanned decades, with memorable roles including Chief Ken Hotate in "Parks and Recreation" and appearances in major films like "True Grit" and "The Magnificent Seven." His distinctive voice and commanding presence made him a recognizable figure in both animation and live-action productions.
