   iHeartMedia and Netflix expand video podcast deal with new shows from Martha Stewart, Kate Hudson, Oliver Hudson, and Lele Pons  iHeartMedia and Netflix are expanding their video podcast partnership with a new slate of shows featuring Martha Stewart, Kate Hudson, Oliver Hudson, and Lele Pons, as the companies continue building out their shared podcast lineup on the streaming platform. Under the expanded agreement, select iHeartPodcasts will be adapted into video format for Netflix, including new episodes and portions of existing episode libraries. The rollout will take place over the coming months. The new additions include Suite 305 with Lele Pons, The Martha Stewart Podcast, and Sibling Revelry hosted by Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson, which features conversations with sibling guests.  LASG SEEKS COLLABORATION ON SUSTAINABILITY OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED HOUSING ESTATES


The Lagos State Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing, Engr. Abdulhafis Toriola has encouraged residents of State government-owned housing estates in the Ikorodu area to participate and collaborate with the Ministry to create a more sustainable and livable environment for all.


Engr. Toriola stated this at a forum organised for residents of the State government-owned housing estates in Ikorodu held at Ayangule Jubilee Housing Estate, Ikorodu on Saturday in Lagos. He said that the forum was organised to address specific issues including estate maintenance, security,  estate development, waste management, and environmental sustainability.


The Permanent Secretary, who stressed the importance of residents' participation, expressed gratitude for their contributions, expertise, and commitment. He emphasised the importance of the forum as a platform for collaboration in line with the THEMES Plus Agenda which prioritises inclusivity.


Engr. Toriola, represented by the Director of Estate Department, Ministry of Housing, ESV (Mrs.) Olukemi Fosudo. Highlighted the importance of residents’ feedback and input, emphasising that it would help shape strategies and improve services. He assured residents to forward their complaints or issues and feedback through scanning the QR code for a prompt response.


Engr. Toriola also advised transparency and inclusivity in decision-making, adding that they can forward their feedback on issues to all the Ministry's social media handles or forward a letter to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing, Alausa - Ikeja.


Reiterating the government’s commitment to improving residents’ quality of life through investments in infrastructure, amenities, and services, the Permanent Secretary enjoined residents to work together with the Facility Managers by paying their service charges as when due to build a better future housing estate.


He appreciated residents for their attention and support for the housing policy and encouraged continued collaboration to achieve sustainable Estates in the State. He also urged residents present at today's forum to share the information from the forum with those who were not able to attend.


In his remarks, the Chairman,  Ayangburen Jubilee Housing Estate Residents Association, Mr. Peter Esene, thanked the Lagos State Government for organising the forum and promoting sustainable living practices.
